Founded by Peter Burden, KDC’s Managing Director, in 1996, KDC has successfully achieved sustainable and structured organic growth year on year since its conception. KDC are proud to have built an excellent reputation within the technology based industry sectors as a leading provider of Recruitment and Engineering Resource.

The company has evolved into two Divisions, one covering Recruitment and the other Engineering resource. These work either independently or together whilst sharing the common values of KDC for service delivery and cost reduction in competitive markets.

In today’s uncertain times, our diverse Client base covering many industry sectors has enabled us to continue to grow whilst enhancing the portfolio of services we offer our Clients. KDC continues to invest heavily in its staffs development, its IS systems and services whilst maintaining a frugal eye on costs. This has allowed us to remain competitive without relinquishing our focus on quality and Client requirements. Our independence and extensive industry knowledge allows us to highlight changes in the market sectors we cover and adapt to these pro-actively.

Our goal is to continue with our policy of structured growth through investment in staff and infrastructure whilst developing current relationships and creating new ones to the benefit of our Clients and KDC.
