PAYE Contractors Holiday Pay

  • The contractor will receive holiday pay for the number of days they have claimed (up to the amount that has been accrued)
  • The contractor must claim, and take, their full holiday entitlement per year
  • If a contract ends, then any accrued holiday unpaid at that point will be paid to the contractor

Claiming Holiday

When a contractor takes holiday, he/she will submit a signed Holiday request Form, authorised by the client, confirming their holiday request and confirming that the holiday has been taken.
