KDC has two Divisions working independently and together to provide our Clients with a diverse range of services. Our Engineering Division works across the high technology engineering markets around Europe. We conduct our Clients projects either on-site or from our offices based at Bournemouth International Airport. All our highly experienced Engineers hold SC Level MOD Security Clearance, allowing us to work with Clients in the Military and Commercial markets. Our continued investment in our staff and IS infrastructure allows us to keep abreast of changes to technology and services in our Clients industry sectors and provide these as a cost effective Engineering outsource solution. KDC’s Recruitment Division has teams providing service solutions to a variety of Clients in all our core industry sectors. The Division is divided into Permanent and Contract teams covering Engineering, Manufacturing and Strategic Services. Our extensive database of qualified Candidates, covering most of the EU, has allowed our Clients to successfully fulfil their recruitment requirements with the help of our Consultants. The teams are experienced in their Clients market sectors and the candidates they deal with, allowing them to have an in depth understanding of their requirements. Our Recruitment Division has a dedicated team tasked with delivering Managed Services and RPO solutions to our Clients who are looking to enhance or outsource their current recruitment processes. The team are experienced in running large projects for Clients either on-site or from our offices and they have an extensive portfolio of bespoke services to offer Clients looking at alternatives to their current practices. |

Founded by Peter Burden, KDC’s Managing Director, in 1996, KDC has successfully achieved sustainable and structured organic growth year on year since its conception.
