KDC is committed to taking measures that mitigate the impact of COVID-19 on our employees, clients and broader community.
Effect on Employees and Business Operations
KDC has implemented a business continuity plan to ensure minimum disruption. This has involved executing a number of actions, aimed at reducing the likelihood of the spread of COVID-19 amongst the workforce and our clients. This has included, but was is not limited to, enabling employees to work from home as a mandatory requirement, for those able to perform their jobs from home, flexible work schedules for those with families and commitments at home, restrictions to in-person meetings, business travel and customer access to the offices.
