Day to day duties will include but not limited to:
·Assemble and lead the Integrated Project Teams
·Leading teams to develop new products
·Lead multiple projects ensuring delivery to time, cost and specification whilst managing risk.
·Ensure all Life Cycle Management requirements are met
·Ensure all milestones are invoiced on time
·Assist with the development of the programme management and bid management processes working with the process leads.
When applying for this role it is essential that you hold the following skills and qualifications;
·Degree or equivalent preferably with an Engineering discipline
·Able to drive cross functional teams, i.e Engineering & Manufacturing
·Qualified in Project Management - Prince2 / APM
·Excellent interpersonal skills. You will be able to engage across all areas of the business including senior stakeholders
- Previous experience working in avionics or electronic control systems for military and civil communications is desirable.
