Job Description
I am currently seeking a Support Engineer to join a rapidly growing team in Cambridge. You will be responsible for providing first line support to their UK and International offices whilst also assisting in shaping their service desk.
Your responsibilities would include the following;
- Address and solve technical issues through various methods of communication
- Take ownership of end user issues
- Desktop troubleshooting
- Liaise with third party software and service providers
- Aid in other areas of the business when needed
This company is currently working with some of the largest organisations around the world to protect their networks and systems against modern day cyber threats. Their cutting-edge Cyber Security software harnesses complex AI Algorithms to learn and understand new Cyber Security threats before they can be effective.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, confident and have a passion for working within a customer service environment.
You do not need to be a Cyber Security expert however, an interest in emerging technologies or experience solving technical issues would be a great advantage.
