Before starting at KDC Resource, Shanna worked in Human resources for Care South. She was involved in the onboarding process of candidates, various employment document processes and helping solve issues by implementing new policies.
Since joining KDC, Shanna has been enjoying the challenge of learning a new industry and building on her recruitment skills. She also enjoys the working environment, especially her new team, and she feels she has the support to progress her career.
Outside of work, Shanna is very social, meeting up with friends and family. As well as enjoying walks with her interest in fitness and nutrition.
