It’s not often we talk about ourselves but when we do it’s to let you know about something that will enable us to deliver a service that exceeds your expectations.

This is one of those times as we are pleased to announce we have completed stage 2 of the JOSCAR supply chain certification.

Established by Hellios, the JOSCAR is an accreditation system for the aerospace, defence and security sectors.

Following an initiative led by ADS Group, JOSCAR was designed to serve as a cross-sector collaborative solution that reduces the time, cost, resources and duplication currently needed to provide information to major customers.

Holding common supplier data in a central system allows the information to be accessed by all participating organisations.

Currently, JOSCAR is supported by BAE Systems, Babcock, Leonardo, NATS, Qinetiq and Meggit.

This register is strictly invite-only and requires the successful completion of a qualification process.

What does this mean for you?

It’s an honour for us to have been invited to qualify for JOSCAR, doubly so to complete the second stage.

The JOSCAR accreditation means that our existing and future clients can be confident that we operate to the highest possible standards in terms of capacity, skills and technical abilities.

Understandably a critical part of the process included strict security requirements – something we take very seriously.

In addition to meeting high standards surrounding system and data protection, we needed to be able to demonstrate compliance with GDPR and associated legislation.

This reflects our commitment to putting our clients and candidates first. We recognise how important it is for organisations like ours to be responsible with your information.

We are proud to have joined a highly capable pool of suppliers to support some of the most established organisations in the aerospace, defence and security markets.

Areas of compliance include:

  • Business continuity
  • Counterfeit Products/Materials
  • Insurance and third-party certification
  • Health and safety
  • Environmental and sustainability
  • IT security
  • Modern slavery
  • Anti-bribery and corruption
  • Product safety and quality
  • Supply chain
  • Brexit readiness
