Job Description

KDC are looking for a Business and Project Management Controller for a 12-month contract. The role is essentially to act as a critical friend within the allocated domain on behalf of business operations ensuring processes are implemented in a consistent manner.

The role will typically involve (but not limited to) the following activities:

•Track the generation and subsequent updates of Statements of Work (SoW), ensuring high quality workload data is provided.
•Ensure the EL business management toolset (iBridge) contains current workload forecast data to support meaningful resource allocation.
•Capture and monitor a full set of scheduled milestones for a programme area.
•Generate and record KPI data for monitoring and reporting domain performance.
•Analyse KPI data and launch/co-ordinate a detailed root cause analysis and plan for recovery.
•Review and analyse data held in the risk management database to assure appropriate risk mitigation.
•Maintain an up to date released budget status under configuration control to support subsequent budget uplifts via the change process.
•Review discrepancies between actual and planned spend, manage reporting and recovery actions.
