Job Description

Salary: £40,000 to £48,000 depending on experience

The opportunity:

We are Electronics Engineering. We are growing, dedicated, and we work as a team to deliver our projects.

Your role as an Engineering Project Coordinator (EPC) is to support the Engineering Project Management teams to deliver our projects to time, cost and quality. This is a fantastic opportunity to shadow our more experienced Engineering Project Managers, learn from them and the teams around you before taking-on your own projects and developing into an Engineering Project Manager.

What we're looking for from you:

We are looking for proactive individuals who are motivated to develop towards the Engineering Project Manager role.

Candidates will be ideally degree qualified (engineering, science, physics), have been involved in engineering development projects and ideally have a background in electronics. You will also have a good grasp of project management fundamentals and project controls.

Individuals with excellent communication skills; organised with an eye for detail and a sense of pride in what they deliver.

Most important for us is that you have the right attitude and a passion to develop - we can offer the training and support you need to enable you to broaden your skills and experience and take your first steps into a technical project manager role and onwards. We offer a clear progression path and will give you learning and development.

Dynamic (hybrid) working:

The Dynamic Working policy allows individuals flexibility around the hours they work and where they work.

For this role, we envisage you being on site when it is necessary to work with people and be visible, then working from home and around family commitments to be your most efficient. It's about getting the work done well!

We anticipate that the successful applicant will be onsite 3 days per week for the first 6 months.

Please Note: Due to the nature of work, this particular vacancy requires the applicant as a minimum to be a British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship and capable of undergoing HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS).
