Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated GNC Engineer to join our clients dynamic team in Florida. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the development, implementation, and testing of advanced guidance, navigation, and control systems for aerospace applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize GNC algorithms and systems.
Perform simulations and analyses to validate GNC models and control strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GNC systems into larger aerospace projects.
Conduct tests and evaluations to ensure system performance and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to GNC systems.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in guidance, navigation, and control system design and development.
Proficiency in programming languages such as MATLAB, Simulink, C++, or Python.
Strong understanding of control theory, estimation techniques, and sensor fusion.
Experience with simulation tools and software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical concepts.

Preferred Qualifications:
Ph.D. in a relevant field.
Experience with UAVs, spacecraft, or missile systems.
Familiarity with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing and real-time systems.
Knowledge of regulatory standards and industry best practices.
