Are you familiar with mechanical / electro-mech design and would like to project manage CAD projects?
KDC are working with a technical drawing office who have an opening for a Design Team Leader to manage the design projects for their drawing office.
To be successful in this role you will need to meet the following criteria
• Experience of managing multiple projects.
• PM principles (Ideally qualified or working towards PAMP, APM, Prince2).
• A fundamental understanding of how drawing office / design projects works.
• You'll need to demonstrate experience, techniques and personality to be able to influence positive outcomes on difficult projects.
You will be part of a technical workforce, based in an open plan office, close to Bournemouth Airport. The culture is one that prides itself on giving employees trust, autonomy and the breathing space to utilise their experience in a manner they find effective.

The role is based in the South of England, commutable from Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire.
