Job Description
Responsibilities:
The Supply Chain & Quality Operations Manager will be responsible for one or more equipment suppliers to ensure quality, manufacturing and supply chain issues are investigated, analysed and solved; deploying manufacturing and quality tools to continuously improve the supply chain.
For serial and/ or development Programs, the job holder is accountable for:
• Compliance of suppliers and products
• On time and on quality deliveries:
- Manages, corrects and improves supplier performance
- Manage risks
• Supplier Development
• Supply Chain and Quality contribution to the MFT/ sub MFT (if applicable).
Qualifications:
1. Manufacturing engineering/shop floor experience, specifically experiences with process design
2. Have a team spirit mind-set
3. Be willing to travel
4. Familiarisation with problem solving methodology, 8D, Kepner Tragoe
5. Experience with conducting supplier assessment

6. Knowledge of APQP/APQP elements (gap in our teams knowledge here)
7. Familiarisation with SAP
8. Landing gear experience/Aerospace experience
9. Engineering background
