KDC are currently looking for a Senior Avionics Software Engineer; to be based within a successful, futuristic and rapidly growing Aerospace company based in Germany, who are developing the world's first all-electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft. This aircraft is going to hit the market by storm in 2025. This position requires the best engineers who thrive in an innovative environment and love to tackle new engineering problems and tasks.
Some of the tasks for this position will include but not be restricted to;
- Development of software for the avionic and flight control systems
- Cooperate and liaise with avionic hardware engineers
- Develop systems according to DO-178C
- Perform software test and verification
- C Programming language
As a Software Engineer within this organisation, you will take responsibility for the full life cycle development of the aircrafts on-board control and avionics systems. You will have the freedom to develop the software alongside likeminded engineers; where outside of the box thinking is encouraged and you will truly have an influence on the end product.
